25 more medallions were distributed beginning on May 9, 2016.  

Hackney deemed that some lottery medallion winners had failed to properly conduct their business, and denied the renewal of their medallions for 2017.  

Hackney redistributed revoked medallions during 2016.  

The "random number generator" order established for the lottery was maintained as the queue for recipients of redistributed medallions.
